Our service offerings include ecological project planning, sustainability consultations, and green program management. Specific terms apply.

Refund Policy for Services

Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not commenced. Approved refunds are processed via original payment method within 10 business days. Scheduling of services may be shifted once at no extra charge if requested at least 7 days prior to service start. Certain custom design programs commence immediately upon order and are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory work incurred. This is based on resource allocation and preparation costs.

Digital Products

We offer eco guides, sustainability reports, and digital toolkits.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Digital items are available for refund within 7 days of purchase if no files have been downloaded. Refunds are issued via the original payment method. If files have been accessed, no refund is granted, as delivery is considered complete.

Physical Goods

Our catalog includes soil testers, reusable planters, and eco-friendly kits.

Refund Policy for Physical Goods

Unused goods may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Customers must cover shipping for items sent back. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed via original payment method within 10 business days. Exchanges for a different item or date shift of delivery may be accommodated subject to inventory availability.

Limitation of Liability

The total liability of Carenvio shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific purchase. Carenvio is not liable for indirect effects or unintended outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Carenvio may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant adjustments.
